Who do you turn to when you need advice?

Once, I asked my son and his wife their opinion. Huge mistake. I decided to do the opposite of what they advised, being me, and they became highly offended. They would not even speak to me.

In the end, the only way to repair my relationship with my son was to do as he and his wife told me. I am glad I did. In many respects, I am bird brained.
