How do you deal with grief?

Every time I have to pay $35 for a pack of cigarettes 😩

Then I pay another $45 for a bottle of JD to deal with having to pay for the cigarettes
Allow yourself to feel it.

There will be different phases; shock, numbness, bargaining, anger, acceptance.
There's no set order; any of these can come and go at different times.
Gradually acceptance and peace settle in.

Let yourself think about the person, all your memories of them, both good and bad.
If there were regrets, let yourself learn from them.
If possible, share the memories with others who also knew the person.

Consider writing about it, or making a small memorial out of photos and momentos.

Allow as much time as it takes - there is no set amount of time that is normal or right or wrong.

I try to remember things about the person. I look through photos, go back over movies and music they liked.

I shut down. I go through the stages of feeling it and realize I should not worry about what I can not control and what I can.so I find I get high off of thrills like speeding of the freeway. Not paying tips at restaurants, setting things on fire (these are just my thrills) but it helps until I remember the pain and sleep the rest of the remains away

I let it run it's course. There's nothing I can do to make it okay.
