When someone gives you an advice and an offer, then you follow their advice and write them you'd like to accept their offer and then they don't respond, did they reconsider?

Who knows? It could be numerous reasons, such as the worst one that they are just messing with your head. Maybe they died. Maybe they are ill or busy. Maybe they changed their mind. The important thing for you is you did not get what was offered. You have to let it go, even though it’s disappointing. @LillyJulia
