Is $150 dollars in rent per week good in todays economy?

@Tminus6453 i'd still be in campbelltown, sydney. My current location, average or slightly better then where i currently reside, I am going to inspect it between 9:00 am to 9:30 am this tuesday

@Dogemilataka If you're not comfortable paying that much, I would definitely be shopping around for a new home. You can find something for less. Are you in a rural location?

@Ingwe its too much for me too, on welfare which is $1000-$1100 a month, so between $400-$500 is all i'd be left with

@Dogemilataka Well the American dollar is much stronger so there is adjustment. Though from what I am told Oz is expensive on everything.


$1200 a month for an apartment is crazy though. That sucks ass.

@MethDozer yes sweetie, everything is expensive, i've been told that everything is cheaper in the usa, then in australia, even if prices are incrementally rising in the usa as well as in australia
