hi. i’m feeling the same today. keep reminding yourself it will pass, and no matter how bad the feeling gets, you don’t have to act on it.
I’m not sure what distractions help you the most, or what you’re able to handle when you’re feeling depressed.
maybe a new game, movie, show?
you could ask a family member or friend to hang out.
i’m going to attempt to clean and do laundry and go outside.
i hope it passes soon
