don’t listen to fuckhead do not drink when you feel like this, don’t drink in general honestly. firstly is there anyone you can talk to on the phone? i usually try to talk to my boyfriend if he’s free since he’s a good distraction. if i don’t have anybody to talk to then i try coloring, it gets my hands moving and takes my mind off of self harm. you can even draw on yourself where you want to cut. i also find that breathing techniques can calm me down and along with that light meditation to curb the thoughts.
