Im very depressed today and kinda feel like cutting, been about 7 months clean now. How do i distract myself from this? Haven' felt this in a while

I use to self harm myself it鈥檚 been 7 years since I鈥檝e done it.. meditate, write positive affirmations, put music on take your mind off it go off for a walk 馃

@LittleTinks definitely agree. Get out of the house. For me, being alone at home gave me to much access to cut. Get with friends, away from home. Try and have fun.
It鈥檚 been a long journey but I got there in the end and learnt to never be alone and always keep your mind calm and positive @leonk

@LittleTinks totally same. Get you a friend you you can truly trust and ask them if they can be your rock in these times. My friend molly has been there for me more times than I can count.
