Best airlines?

Alright time for a review sesh. What's your best/favorite/recommended airlines and why? Refund and cancellation policies? Ticket prices? Customer service?

@ShieldUp we didnt have any issue. We flew first class and the food was awesome. The weather caused some issues on the way back and a lot of passengers were complaining loudly about it. There wasnt much that could be done though.
