Anyone know California mareage law??

Hey so I was wondering if anyone knows anything about California laws?? Situation. My wife and I have both our names on a car. She has recently taken up doing meth, cheating on me, and has taken off in the car for coming up on72 hours and will not respond to txt our call. Can I legally call the cops and have them look for her/the car and have her arrested? Even though her name us on the car too. Does her being on drugs and being gone so long with split ownership of said vehicle, allow me to file charges?

Mostly I want them to pick her up fir drugs, I want to help her. But can I use the car as a means of the cops finding her? I would welcome any comfort from the community, but as for the advice, please actually know the law because I dont need to know the law should say,, i need to ln ou w what the law does say.... thank you all. I appreciate everyone of you that takes the time to help
Missing persons.

'If you think you know the whereabouts of any person, BEFORE TAKING ANY ACTION, please contact the law enforcement agency listed in the record, or the California Department of Justice using the toll-free hotline: 1-800-222-FIND (1-800-222-3463)'
