What do you do to cope with stress?

I would like to know what people do day to day to cope with stress? looking for new ideas and different ways to cope with stress.

Work out 4-5 days a week. Yoga too.

@SW-User Thanks I used to do some yoga right now i practice a couple of martial arts styles as a coping mechanism. I think I should get back into yoga or at least do some static strechs!
