I hate my stupid face and how young it looks

It's like my face doesn't know how to age. All the people in their 30s look their age while I'm stuck looking like a 16 yo. Even my friend that's five years younger has crows feet. I hate it because people don't treat me as an adult. I can't tell you how many times I've suggested something at work and had the idea shot down, only for someone else to suggest my idea the next day as if it were their own. I want to scratch my face off
