I am being accused by my estranged family members of selling my body (Which is not true) and need advice on how to overcome extremely poor accusations

I try to deal with specifics. "Give me one specific time you thought I was selling my body." And then clarify their misconception about what happened. Then go on to the next, and so on.

If they refuse to believe you, there is probably nothing more you can say.
