How to fall asleep?
I was woken up out of my sleep about 3 hrs ago and have to be up in 3 hrs. I'd like to get some more rest but am having difficulty falling asleep again. Any tips?

Yes. When your eyelids are closed, turn the eyes, themselves, upwards towards the top of your head.

Get back in bed. Get comfy. Close your eyes and don’t open it till your alarm goes off.
