Why does that make them a dickhead?
Its not your car and it doesnt effect the car or you. If someone's in a hurry and not concerned about their car being taken then they can do that.
My car can't go short distances, if you shut the car off before it heats up cause of its rotary engine it seizes so close by places I have to sit in my car with the motor running until its safe to shut it off or leave it running in my garage for awhile before I leave.

@MushroomFaerie It makes them a dickhead. The cars sit there and idle for a very long time, going on and on and on and on and on and on and on. Leaving something going for a long time which makes a loud noise makes you a dickhead.
