@DDonde $1800/month in SF is a tough price point for an apartment, though you might find a studio without a kitchen for that much.

But a bedroom? You can easily find one for way less.

@DDonde They’re either scams or they’re [i]really[/i] shitty apartments. Median rent for a 1 bedroom is around $3300 last I checked. Luxury units drive that up, but even cheap ones hover around $2500+ mark unless you want to live in the tenderloin - and it’s not much cheaper even then.
