@BlueRain That rather depends on the size of said mortgage - but rent is often in the similar ballpark, because landlords need to pay their mortgages and make a profit.

@BlueRain she uses her check the pay for the mortgage. Ours im assuming is for the water bill, light bill . idk how she does her bills honestly
