What city to you recommend moving to in the US?

Hey guys,

I'm planning to move back to the States soon.

Just wonder where you recommend living.

I never want to live down south again, I don't like extreme weather (but it's negotiable if it's cold), I need a diverse city, and there should be public transportation!

Some that I've thought of are: Denver, Seattle (TOO EXPENSIVE), Portland, Madison, and Indianapolis.

Expense is a major concern (recentish college grad)

Hopefully your cities are awesome!

@GJOFJ3 but historically there are excessive deaths Every year at the 2 extremes of temperature only in Chicago, no other US city.

@GJOFJ3 look it up on the CDC MMWR Every year. It could be that Chicago reports the data better. But the data is what It is!

So your promoting Jersey elsewhere and ripping on Chicago for violence? Please. Every giant metro area has a violence problem. Chicago’s is overblown for political reasons. Take Manhattan away (which I’ll agree is possibly the most fantastic, wondrous, diverse, urban area in the world) and the Chicago area is superior to the NYC/northern NJ metro area away. @samueltyler2

@GJOFJ3 yep, it has lots to offer... grand theft auto, larceny, burglary, rape, homicide, shabby neighborhoods, and corrupt cops... 🤔
