How do you really not stress over little things?

Little things like: the food you’re gonna cook for the day, the house, the dust on the shelves, the creases on the bedsheet and etc.

Because I'm too busy stressing over whether I'll run out of money in the next three months or whether I'll be able to keep my job. I stress out about what if there is another recession around the corner or whether society is going to act fast enough to alleviate suffering caused by upcoming naive technical unemployment and underemployment. I stress out about how capitalism is destroying the world and human values. I stress out about humans hating other humans over silly religious differences.

The little stuff is nothing. Coping with dust on the shelf is nothing compared to worrying about all the ways that human society could be improved but that aren't getting done due to greed, stupidity, or clinging to tradition.

@ViciDraco I am sorry. I didn’t really intend to demean someone or their problems. I hope you feel better and stop stressing. :)
