Do you drink enough water daily? I am not unfortunately, any suggestions how to get encouraged to drink enough water daily?

I'm allowed 2 bottles of water a day and no more. You can try to cut out drinks with sugar and drink water when you're thirsty. There is such thing as drinking too much water.
