Fill a gallon container and put it where you'll see it. Drink water when you see the container. Keep water beside you when you're working. Carry it with you when you exercise.

If water gets boring yo drink, they have flavor drops now that have no calories. You can make it strawberry, grape, watermelon etc flavored
Yes, the first thing I do waken up, And allways before a meal, before running. Get yourself a Water Bottle! (I use two from Adidas) And keep it filled-full at all times.

I'm allowed 2 bottles of water a day and no more. You can try to cut out drinks with sugar and drink water when you're thirsty. There is such thing as drinking too much water.

Maybe think this way.... If you are dehydrated you don't have enough fluid for your swimmers.
