You can't. Not in a way that you could guarantee safety.
A small Volt of electricity can set off an airbag. IF you managed to put them back safely then you couldn't guarantee they'd still work.
You have to have these professionally done.

@KaiserSolze I'm aware airbags have to be replaced professionally. Not what I was trying to do, honestly, because of the insane cost. However, the mechanic shop does not allow the vehicle to leave their shop unless the airbags have been replaced. So there's that
