I am a perfectionist / narcissist

I am a self-proclaimed perfectionist. I am extremely critical of myself and those around me. I believe it to be a result of low self-esteem and insecurity. I have narcissistic tendencies as well which I believe to be a result of the same thing. I know I behave in a way that can be seen as "unlikable" at times because of this. I'm simply looking for advice to stop overthinking and act with confidence!

You’re so welcome. He also has a book out. I’ll have to look it up, but I’ve watched the anxiety video and have gotten instant relief. To find more, I’d just search him out on the web and maybe put in the search bar, “show all of Noah Elkrief’s self-help videos”. Then just pick out which ones apply to you.

@SimplyTracie Narcissist tend to act extra self-loving to compensate how they're actually feeling- which is self-loathing.
