Well, I can tell you what NOT to eat and that would be onions, and vegetables that can create gass such as broccoli, cabbage vegetables, cauliflower.
When I have a lot of gas in my stomach, I usually add a herbal medicine, I mean the herb called savory. It's a herb that's usually added to foods that produce gass (like onions, cabbage...) to avoid gas, but when you already have gas, it takes it very well away. And that's by farting. Farting is healthy though!! Never hold it!!!
