How to get a job with severe anxiety?

I have really bad anxiety to the point where it caused me to drop out of high school and I rarely leave my house. When I do I get panic attacks. Therapy and medication don't help much if at all. I've been looking at online jobs but majority are scams or for people in college. I've been looking into getting my GED but until then I need to get a job to help out my dad. With him being the only one with a job it's taking a toll on him. What do I do?
