Suggestions for a birthday present for my brother? :)

Basically, he buys himself a bunch of frivolous things all the time. If it's a videogame or a card game or something along those lines, he's bought it. My solution is to come up with things that he doesn't know he wants, something functional, or (if possible) a combination of the two. He's turning 21, he doesn't have any interest in drinking or anything like that. He obviously loves videogames (although he has ALL of them), and zombies, and tons of other random stuff like MTG and Warhammer. His room is a bit cramped, maybe something to help with that? Shelving for his games? And he loves carpentry, although he hasn't gotten to do it for ovwr a year because he was taking a class that provided equipment. I wouldn't even know what tools he'd need. Any input is appreciated, even if it's totally separate from the aforementioned details :)
