Trying too hard?

Aight so lately at work it has come to my attention that my coworkers see me as someone who tries too hard. Thing is, I go hard in everything because I love challenges and testing my limits, not because I want to impress anyone. I could care less about impressing people.

So my question would be do you think "trying too hard" is a good thing or a bad thing?
