What would your response be to someone who says 'No one cares what you have to say'?

And there was no disagreement between us at the time she said it too. Just barged in disturbing you while your working quietly. Then when you try to say 'excuse me' she comes out with: 'No one cares what you have to say!'

I'd be shocked and speechless initially, then reply "Not true." Return to what I was doing ignoring anything further she said. That was so rude of her.
