how do i know if a younger girl i see is into older guys?

I am in Vancouver and would like to know where I could go to meet a younger girl, (not illegal younger), and how do I tell without speaking if a younger girl is into older guys? is there anything I should look for, some symbol or something?

@SW-User Symbol? No, I simply told him I liked him. Since he wasn't already in a relationship at the time, we became an item that night and it grew from there. Five years later we got married. I was 24, he was 39.
