Getting a dog paw tattoo

1. Make sure the design you choose has great personal meaning to you.

2. Sit with the desire for a tattoo for at least a full year. This lasts for the whole rest of your life.

3. Designs in private paces can be shown at your discretion if you're worried about employment, social issues, parents, friends, etc. If none of that matters to you and you want to display your ink, go for it. Pick any suitable place for the design you like. Also, the more visible it is, the more often you'll have to explain it.

4. Different body locations react differently to pain. Back of knees, claves, ribs, back, anywhere with little fat padding are going to hurt more. It's not gonna kill you no matter what. It's nothing compared to a well-done tattoo. Good luck.

Don't do it. That's one of the three dumb ass tattoos that you will regret later. Animal paws or right up there with Chinese symbols that you don't even know the meaning for and that's stupid barb wire going around your bicep.
