How do i stop pushing people away/distancing myself from people.
This is probably the only time I’m going to ask for advice. I can’t seem to stop. I don’t mean to do it but it just happens.

@MartinTheFirst Well for the most part I don’t notice myself doing it. By the time I notice it, it’s already too late.
