What should you do when you realize that a loved one is lying a lot?
Not just little white lies either, but big, life-changing lies. I confronted this person about it and they burst into tears and said that they can't help it.

When this happens it's usually because they've been lying for so long they don't even know what's truth anymore, they don't want to get caught though and it's hard to change and break the habit but it's not impossible. They have to want to change though or nothing you do or say will make a difference.
