I don't know what to do!!

Hi,

I have a big problem, I have epilepsy, for a long time. I take medicine and everything was well till now.
But yesterday suddenly it got worse and my body and mind become down. My head is aching all the time, can't eat food and my mind tells me to take lot of tablets to end it.

I don't know why and I don't know whom I can talk to TvT

I went today to him, he asked me how it comes, I said I don't know. Then he said, he will take some test to see how my health is going on.@flossy

@Dorcell Does he have you make a food journal? I would journal sleep, food and stress. I cannot imagine what it must be like for you .... I wish you well.

No, he don't. When I was small they said, I have to sleep longer eat more and dont get stressed, cause it makes everything worse. But as and adult, you cant do that. Thnx :)
