Any suggestions?

I drive a truck for a living, my company requires us to occasionally switch trucks. A couple of nights ago I woke up feeling like something was crawling on my legs. I am diabetic so my first assumption was that I was experiencing diabetic neuropathy. The next morning I was looking at my legs because they itched, I had some small bumps and I thought possibly a spider had gotten into the truck. Tonight I felt it again and turned on the lights to check it out and discovered...BED BUGS!!! Now I can't sleep at all and I have no clue what to do about them! HELP!!!!!!!

I've heard that heat will kill them. Maybe laying out the mattress and sheets, etc. in direct sunlight?
@MikeSp Unfortunately I have found where they are hiding and it is not in the mattress. There is a harness designed to protect someone who is sleeping while the truck is in motion and they are in the seams of that, it cannot be removed. Good idea though! My plan for when I get home is to wash all of my clothes in the hottest setting on the washing machine then drying them on the highest setting in the dryer...then I will turn everything inside out and do it all again just to be safe LOL
