Any suggestions?

I drive a truck for a living, my company requires us to occasionally switch trucks. A couple of nights ago I woke up feeling like something was crawling on my legs. I am diabetic so my first assumption was that I was experiencing diabetic neuropathy. The next morning I was looking at my legs because they itched, I had some small bumps and I thought possibly a spider had gotten into the truck. Tonight I felt it again and turned on the lights to check it out and discovered...BED BUGS!!! Now I can't sleep at all and I have no clue what to do about them! HELP!!!!!!!

My friend had bed bugs and he used Lysol. Spray down everything and change the bedding and mattress if you can. But keep you some disinfectant spray.
@LadyZhane I was reading up a bit on Lysol and it said that yes it will kill them if they are sprayed directly, if not sprayed directly they will just move to other hiding places, such as clothing, bedding and any other dark places. I am hoping that as of right now they are only in one spot. Thank you for the advice!

@istillhaveanameitsrick no problem. That is true though so shake your stuff out just in case and spray that too
@LadyZhane LOL my fiancé said she is bringing a box of garbage bags and we are putting everything in bags to bring home and then going through everything piece by piece!

@istillhaveanameitsrick be careful bringing them in your house because they can infect everything else
