How do you get a strangers attention?

There's this really cute guy I see almost every morning when I go to get my coffee.. I would love to talk to him if he makes the first move lol I always tell myself just smile at him maybe he'll get the hint but then we make eye contact and im just staring at him for a few secs before I look away. I can be kinda shy and awkward around people I don't know

Try getting your order,smiling at him like you normally do, the walk towards him and drink you coffe close to him. If that don't work. The say something about the weather, or the beauty of the day, or how crowded it is not isn't there, under your breath as if you are thinking out loud. If he responds to you, the great z if not then n toss your coffee at him and say," O O O O P S , sorry, yada yada yada."
