How do you get a strangers attention?

There's this really cute guy I see almost every morning when I go to get my coffee.. I would love to talk to him if he makes the first move lol I always tell myself just smile at him maybe he'll get the hint but then we make eye contact and im just staring at him for a few secs before I look away. I can be kinda shy and awkward around people I don't know

Well your practical attitude seems pretty shallow and makes me think you're just all about a girl's looks instead of what's in her heart. Physical attraction plays a big role but the context you're using is just cold. It's guys like you who make girls insecure about their looks and afraid of commitments. So just leave her alone already.
