I cant trust anyone

This is my story, too. I've always had a hard time trusting, but never so much as now. I've really wanted to talk to people about what's going on with me. But when people tell me they're accepting and non-judgemental, it doesn't mean a thing. I've been betrayed so much, I don't even want to talk to anyone. It's painful to hold my feelings inside, but so much more painful to express them to someone who's led me to believe they're understanding and trustworthy, only to be judged and criticized, then lied about to other people.

Can I tell you one thing about trust .
You have to trust yourself .
Will I tell you why you don't trust yourself .
If you were hurt . You be exposed .
When your exposed . Doubt creeps in .
Doubt creeps in . You get insecure . You get insecure . Your a basket case . I lost weight over that stuff .
You can talk to me anytime .
I trust no one absolutely no one .
It came to me one night .
Do you know what ? And the reason why you be a basket case . Your not supposed to trust no one .
Leave life flow . Life flow. Thoughts flow and you'll get out of it

with people like that its ALWAYS YOUR fault.

Learn the signs and try to find another world..without them.
