I cant trust anyone

Had an argument with my family and someone asked why i don't trust them ,i reminded them of the way ive been treated and all they've done to lose my trust, but they act like they never did anything and im being dramatic or exaggerating everything. In the last year ive lost all my friends and i do have new ones, but they aren't trustworthy and im not close with them. So i have no one to talk to about how someone could tell all the lies in the world about me, and my family would believe it.

Is there anyone i can talk with?

You have to trust yourself .
Will I tell you why you don't trust yourself .
If you were hurt . You be exposed .
When your exposed . Doubt creeps in .
Doubt creeps in . You get insecure . You get insecure . Your a basket case . I lost weight over that stuff .
You can talk to me anytime .
I trust no one absolutely no one .
It came to me one night .
Do you know what ? And the reason why you be a basket case . Your not supposed to trust no one .
Leave life flow . Life flow. Thoughts flow and you'll get out of it
