Try doing some training at home it will boost your confidence and the adrenaline will make you feel better, i will admit though it is hard to get started when you are low.... never give up mate. Never

These days a lot of people talk about learning how to be able to love our bodies and body positivity movement. Yet it's hard to find and to see bigger support for men in general, which saddens me.

People will never understand how it feels like unless they experience it themselves.

I hope for your own sake, that you'll make peace with yourself and your mindset about your body. Because I can relate to what kind of hell it is.

Also it's extremely damaging to us who struggle with self-esteem when people constantly point out our looks (even in good hearted spirit).

If you ever feel like you'd like to vent a bit. I'm willing to listen. (I know it's not much, but still only thing I can think of atm.).

Google or YouTube at home work outs and start slowly but be consistent. It takes about 3 weeks to make something a habit.
