It's easy to talk yourself into stuff ... or out of it. I think finding away to divert your thoughts into different patterns would be helpful for you, unless you have some real specific reasons why you think you're hateful?
@firefall yes, I try to stop them when I notice it. It can be difficult to notice it though. Im awkward and full of negativity. I hate hearing myself speak.
@Lynnd520 Well you should look for help to get over this because you are not a bad person and if you meet up with the wrong person they may turn this against you.
@updown2020 You don't just get over depression. Ive been on and off different meds for a few years now. But you are right that i should do more, see a therapist of something. its definitely easier to accept bad people into my life then good ones.
@Lynnd520 Well yes I do understand you just cannot get over things just like that, Are you working or going to school keeping busy is also a good thing because if you are not busy well bad things get into your head and take over,
