what is the pec fly machine?, and how do I do the military press without weights

I would do push ups then. The pec fly machine is at most gyms and it works out pecs by doing a fly motion with weights.

Yes, I've been doing it off and on for about a year now.. But it really is worth it, it's a legit workout. Usually people think of yoga as just stretching and breathing and all of those boring things... Nope. you will sweat o.o lol

well it makes your stomach more full so when you eat you wont be as hungry and wont end up starving yourself like some diet
