How do you release your anger?

I find it helps if I write down my frustration.

I walk…I walk until I’m to tired to be angry anymore.

@blackarcher256 I did that once. My dad was talking to a potential business partner about a real estate deal, and she said something about parolees that I found terribly offensive. I went for a walk around the block, then asked myself if I still wanted to hurt her. I repeated this process until I just wanted to sit down and didn't care who had said what.

I suppose I should do that more often.
