It just feels like a crucial stage of honouring my feelings. I don't feel better afterwards, but instead, I feel like I processed my emotions honestly instead of just burying them. It's a way of being true to myself.

Nope. Sometimes it just hurts my head & eyes. So i feel worse
Sometimes it just makes me cry more..like the flood gates have opened. Then my eyes gets red. Eyelids swell up. Head hurts.

Other times it can help me feel better. It's a toss up

Nope. Supposedly tears release some kind of feel good hormone, but in my case, it's an instant and severe headache.

I've only cried a little bit three times in the past 25 years. All three times were when I had to have my dogs euthanized. It helped.

I'm not really a crier. The last time I can remember having a good howl was 2012. Am not sure why I don't cry any more.

Yes but feels like something gets broken inside me

Almost never. My sinuses are stopped up and my head aches, making me feel worse.
