Do you believe corporal punishment was abolished in schools because they found out certain pupils were secretly enjoying it?

@denis I have to ask. What were the two of you doing to warrant both of you being caned together?

@Caned4doz Caught together playing truant nearly always a caning punishment at our school.

@denis OK thanks. Truancy at my school was a guaranteed caning offence...I know, I did it a few times and always paid the price.

@Caned4doz yes very true i remember two lads in our last year of junior school playing truant and the headmaster had too go and find them . like you say they both got the whack from headmaster when they got back too school one liked too be smart with his mouth and got into bother a few times and this day he told the headmater too f@ck off and that got him rightly extra

@Caned4doz but as i said he thought he was being clever maybe anger over getting the whack but he did not know like you say when just button it and accept defeat
