After school dance club started again last Thursday

I entered the dance studio and was surprised to see my youngest's face beaming up at me from the dozen or so year 7s seated on the floor. I had not even discussed it with her - a pleasant contrast with her older sister who was so mortified at my volunteering that I was not even permitted to speak to her during club hour 😅

Ballet and dance related games are a nice way for new students to step back from the noise and stress of their new school, have a bit of fun, and build friendships. My year 7 girls are so sweet, earnest, and wholesome 🤗 Where and when does it all start to go wrong? 😅

That's great.... I'm sure they have a great time and it is a great way to make friends

Dance is SO much fun! 🥳🥳🥳 Children are the greatest most special heavenly treasure in the universe so being a dance teacher must be truly awesome! 😌😌😌

Any chance of having the elder do a special guest instructor appearance? Show the youngsters how fortunate they are to have sweet instructors who won't be like sergeant majors with them (aka the elder)

@ineedadrink Not for the moment, as it clashes with her shifts. Our games on Thursday included "pass the smile around", which I can only imagine my 16 year old's reaction to 🤣

@SunshineGirl You have to torture her by telling her about that, in great detail. The vicarious angst would be hilarious.
