We're in good hands

I took a short break from work this morning to attend assembly at my daughter's school. She and one of her classmates were giving a presentation to the upper school on a project they have been working on as part of their health and nutrition course. My daughter talked about how important it is for girls and young women to establish physical and active routines in their lives. Her (male) friend talked about how sport need not be an exclusively male preserve and can foster respect and healthy relationships between males and females. They kept 300 students quiet for 15 minutes and I certainly bounced back to work feeling inspired 🙂
