Who was the worst teacher you've ever had?

@Matt85 I'm in Australia and what you describe was called 'lines'. It was a common form of punishment for small indiscretions, but I never thought of it as bullying. When you say you spoke one sentence in class, do you mean you talked when you (and the class) had been told to be silent? If so, then really, that is disobedience.

If you think 100 lines was bad, I got 500 lines one time when I admitted to my history teacher that I had the due date for an assignment wrong; I thought I had another week to finish it, but instead I had one day. He gave me the weekend to finish the assignment and an extra two days to do the lines.
