@MartinII i remember at senior school in the first year if we goaded the prefects enough they gave you lines . there was one i remember hs nickname was eggy and he got alot of cheek off us first years from me as well and got lines for my trouble

@MartinII In the 6th form I had some responsibilities for a boarding house of twenty 3rd year girls. Getting them to do their homework, walk to the dining hall in an orderly manner, etc. I was hopeless at discipline. They never listened to a word I said and once they even locked me in my own bedroom 🥺

@Royrogers Funnily enough, following that particular incident our housemistress made the whole group run laps of the playing fields 😂
