Younger I was a runner. Now I can’t run much from my knees hurting and it’s probably from running too much. Loved cycling for years but the roads have gotten too dangerous. Now I like long walks and usually on greenways to stay away from traffic.

Cycling is brutal, especially where I am where the hills are killer. Used to be a runner but the older I got the more I realized I needed to take care of my knees more. So it’s walking for me.

Long walks are my favorite. I find them to be enjoyable and therapeutic especially on the beach ⛱

All three are good and better than than travelling by vehicle for me. Running barefoot on sand is best of all 👣
@SunshineGirl yes I guess they are, running in short sand is easy but if it's thick sand it's hard going.

Swimming but i don't have a place.. i used to play tennis too
It's been said that swimming is the best exercise as it uses all the muscles in one's body. 🏊🏻
