@christylee I would say 90% percent of matches in bumble that lead to dates would involve number sharing. Those ' don't share number with stranger' are there to only chitchat and waste your time.

@Milkmaid47 The hard part is that we do not usually know what a pain someone is until after it is too late. They seem cool at first until the real version of them comes out. Kind of like buying a car or house and THEN the well-hidden problems surface.

So people are cautious and tend to see everything as a "red flag" but in doing so, we miss a lot of opportunities for what could have been good friendships. Sometimes people are cautious to the point of isolation.

It's like what do you do? Risk solitude or risk someone screwing up our lives?

Yes. I don't even remember the first point of contact, but we ended up in the same train. We never met again, but stayed in contact over the phone and on Facebook for a few months.
